摘 要:研究排胶温度对石墨烯改性天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明:采用密炼机混炼加入石墨烯的胶料各项性能优于采用开炼机混炼的胶料;在排胶温度为135℃时,体系中的填料网络结构较少,胶料分散性和导热性较高,硫化胶的物理性能较好,动态力学性能较优。The effect of discharging temperature on the properties of NR/BR tread compound modified by graphene was investigated. The results showed that,the properties of graphene filled tread compound mixed in the mixer were better than that in the mill. When the discharging temperature in the mixer was 135 °C,the filler network structure of the compound was weak,the filler dispersion and thermal conductivity of the compound were better,and the physical and dynamic mechanical properties of the vulcanizate were better.
