摘  要:介绍杜仲橡胶的两相提取分离原理:将有机溶剂与粉碎的杜仲植物混合后,有机溶剂溶解植物纤维中的杜仲胶丝,使用热水洗涤有机溶液可得到两相液体;水相带走植物组织杂质,在分离后的有机相中加入冰水可沉降杜仲橡胶。对比石油醚和氯仿作为有机溶剂在杜仲橡胶提取过程中的优缺点,认为氯仿更适合用于两相法提取杜仲橡胶。以两相分离法为基础设计了杜仲橡胶提取装置,并针对该装置使用中发现的问题对其进行了改进。In this paper,two-phase separation principle of gutta percha was introduced. Firstly,rubber in the plant fiber was extracted by organic solvent and the solution was washed by hot water,which resulted in two-phase separated liquid. The impurity of plant tissue was dissolved in the water phase,and rubber in the organic phase was then precipitated by the addition of ice water. Petroleum ether and chloroform were used as organic solvents in the extraction process,and the results showed that chloroform was more suitable. Based on the two-phase extraction method,the extraction device was designed and then improved during use.
