摘　　要：Vanin-1（VNN1）是泛酰巯基乙胺酶家族的一个成员,它是一类泛酰巯基乙胺的水解酶,能催化辅酶A（Co A）和酰基载体蛋白的异化途径中D-泛酰巯基乙胺的水解。Vanin有3种同源基因,分别是Vanin-1、Vanin-2和Vanin-3,其中Vanin-1是3种同源基因中研究最多的一种,它除了对底物的催化作用外,在糖脂代谢、免疫、肿瘤形成等生命过程中发挥十分重要的作用。本文就该基因的研究进展进行综述。Vanin 1 is a member of the pantethinase family,which is a class of pantetheine hydrolases that catalyze the hydrolysis of D-pantetheine in the catabolic pathway of coenzyme A（Co A） and acyl carrier proteins. Vanin has three homologous genes,namely,Vanin-1,Vanin-2 and Vanin-3. Vanin-1 is the most commonly studied one of three homologous genes. It plays important roles in the life process of glucose and lipid metabolism,immunity and tumor formation,in addition to the catalytic effect on the substrate,which has attracted extensive attention in research. This paper reviews progress in current research on this gene.
