摘  要:为提高用于重力测量的超导装置的测量精度,必须对其超导磁悬浮系统偏离水平方向的倾角进行精细测量和调平,因为当存在倾角时,测得的只是重力的部分分量。此倾角测量是一种静态长时间、极低温和高精度的测量,针对此倾角测量特点,设计了一种差动电容倾角传感器,主要由差动电容摆,倾斜信号处理电路组成。分析了电容倾角传感器测倾角原理,制作了倾角传感器实物并对传感器进行标定和验证实验。结果表明,在±0. 2007°测量量程内,分辨率达到0. 0055°,精度达0. 013°。分析了超导重力装置重力测量精度与倾角间的关系,提出了一种倾角调平的方法,并介绍了设计的倾角传感器在超导重力装置调平上的应用。实验结果为研制高精度、耐低温的倾角传感器提供了参考,提出的倾角调平方法为实现超导重力装置高精度的重力测量提供了参考。In order to improve the gravity measurement accuracy of the superconducting device, the tilt of the superconducting magnetic suspension system in the horizontal direction must be finely measured and leveled, because only part of the gravitational force is measured when the inclination exists. This tilt measurement is a static long time, extremely low temperature and high accuracy measurement. According to the characteristics of this tilt measurement, a differential capacitance tilt sensor was designed, which mainly consisted of a differential capacitance pendulum and a tilt signal processing circuit. The principle of the capacitance tilt sensor was analyzed, the tilt sensor was made, calibrated and verified. The results show that with in + 0. 2007° measurement range, the resolution reaches 0. 0055°and the accuracy reaches 0. 013°. The relationship between gravity measurement accuracy and tilt angle was analyzed. A method of tilt leveling was proposed. The application of the designed tilt sensor in the leveling of the superconducting gravity device was introduced. The experimental results will provide a reference for the devel- opment of high - precision, low - temperature tilt sensors. The proposed tilt - leveling method will provide a reference for the high - precision gravity measurement of superconducting gravity devices.
