摘 要:在新高考改革语境下,高校需要建立体现自身办学定位、特色与专业培养诉求的人才选拔标准和体系,即实施精准选拔。精准选拔是针对不同区域、不同类型和不同特点的学生,运用科学有效的程序对其实施精确判定、识别与评价的选拔方式。具体而微,高校招生实施精准选拔应致力于精准定位特色化的人才培养目标,精准创设多元化的人才选拔标准,精准识别关键性的学生综合素质评价信息,精准施训提升招生人员专业能力等路径选择。唯有此,高校才能真正招录到最适合自身培养的优秀学生。In the context of the new college entrance examination reform,colleges and universities need to establish the standards and a system of talent selection which reflect the institution’s orientation,characteristics,and goals in talent training.In other words,accurate selection of students is required.Accurate selection is a kind of selection method using scientific and effective procedures to implement accurate judgment,identification,and evaluation for students from different regions,of different types,and with different characteristics.In particular,to implement the accurate selection of prospective students,efforts should be dedicated to accurately positioning the specific goals of talent training,accurately creating the diversified talent selection criteria,accurately identifying the critical information in comprehensive evaluation of student capabilities,accurately designing a comprehensive evaluation scheme with high discriminant validity,and accurately implementing the training of recruitment staff to improve their professional competence.Only in this way could colleges and universities really recruit excellent students who are most suitable for their missions and goals of talent training.
