摘　　要：本文梳理了近20年来我国世界一流大学建设的基本脉络,认为中国大学已经过了跨越式的发展,但是面临着更为深层次的问题。文章从新时代的要求出发,分析了建设世界一流大学面临的三个主要挑战,即思维模式上的挑战、发展模式上的挑战和制度文化上的挑战,并给出了相应的对策建议。This paper reviews the context of China’s world-class university construction in the past two decades and argues that Chinese universities,though have reached great achievements,still faces with profound challenges.Based on the analysis of demands in the new era,this paper proposes three major categories of challenges to Chinese universities：challenges in thinking model,challenges in development model,and institutional or cultural challenges.Suggestions on corresponding countermeasures and policy implications are also discussed.
