慢性心理应激对大鼠血浆NPY及HSP70水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性心理应激对大鼠血浆神经肽Y (NPY)及热休克蛋白70 (HSP70)水平的影响。方法将16只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组与慢性心理应激组,记录大鼠的体重,肾上腺、脑垂体及脾脏质量,测定大鼠胸血压、血浆皮质醇(Cor)、肾上腺素(EPI)、 NPY及HSP70水平。结果与正常对照组相比,慢性心理应激组的体重明显较低(P <0.05),肾上腺脏器系数和收缩压明显较高(P <0.05),血浆Cor、 EPI、 NPY及HSP70水平均明显较高(P <0.05)。结论慢性心理应激可使大鼠机体应激激素水平显著增加,可能与激活下丘脑-腺垂体-肾上腺皮质轴及交感神经-肾上腺髓质的活动有关。Objective To explore the influence of chronic psychological stress on plasma neuropeptide Y（NPY） and heat shock protein 70（HSP70） levels in rats. Methods 16 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group and chronic psychological stress group. The body weight and mass of adrenal gland, pituitary gland and spleen were recorded. The blood pressure, plasma Cor, EPI, NPY and HSP70 were detected. Results Compared with the normal control group, the body weight of chronic psychological stress group was significantly lower（P 0.05）, the coefficient of adrenal organ and systolic blood pressure were significantly higher（P 0.05）, and the plasma Cor, EPI, NPY and HSP70 levels were significantly higher（P 0.05）. Conclusions Chronic psychological stress can significantly improve the body stress hormones of rates, which may be related to activation of the hypothalamus-adenohypophysis-adrenocortical axis and sympathetic nerve-adrenal medullary activities.
