雷公藤多甙联合ART治疗对艾滋病免疫应答不良患者CD4^+T细胞计数的影响

摘　　要：目的研究雷公藤多甙联合抗逆转录病毒疗法(ART)对艾滋病免疫应答不良患者的治疗效果及对CD4^+T细胞计数的影响。方法选取2016年3月至2017年1月收治的60例艾滋病免疫应答不良患者,随机分为两组各30例。研究组采用雷公藤多甙联合ART治疗,对照组采用ART治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者的CD4^+T细胞计数比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗3个月、 6个月、 9个月及12个月后,研究组的CD4+T细胞计数均高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论采用雷公藤多甙联合ART治疗艾滋病免疫应答不良患者,效果明显,可有效改善CD4+T细胞计数,促进病情快速稳定,避免不良反应发生,安全性高。Objective To study the treatment effect of tripterygium glycosides combined with antiretroviral therapy（ART） in patients with AIDS poor immune response and the influence on CD4＋T cell count. Methods 60 cases of patients with AIDS poor immune response from March 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The study group was treated with tripterygium glycosides and ART, while the control group was treated with ART. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results Before treatment, no statistical difference was found in the CD4＋T cell count between the two groups（P 0.05）; 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months after treatment, the CD4＋T cell count of the study group were higher than those of the control group（P 0.05）. The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P 0.05）. No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P 0.05）. Conclusions Tripterygium glycosides combined with ART has significant effect in patients with AIDS poor immune response, can effectively improve the CD4＋T cell count, promote the rapid stability of disease, and avoid the adverse reaction with high safety.
