预见性护理模式在十二指肠球部出血中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理模式在十二指肠球部出血中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年5月至2017年3月收治的78例十二指肠球部出血患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各39例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施预见性护理。观察两组患者的临床症状消失时间、舒适度评分、再出血率。结果观察组的呕血、黑便消失时间,潜血转阴时间及引流管变清时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的舒适度评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的再出血率为0.00%,明显低于对照组的10.26%(P <0.05)。结论预见性护理可快速控制十二指肠球部出血症状,提高患者的舒适度,减少再出血,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of foreseeable nursing mode in duodenal ball hemorrhage. Methods 78 cases of patients with duodenal ball hemorrhage in our hospital from May 2015 to March 2017 were selected and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received foreseeable nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The disappearance time of clinical symptoms, comfort degree score and rebleeding rate of the two groups were observed. Results The disappearance time of hematemesis and melena, occult blood clearance time and drainage tube cleaning time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group（P 0.05）. The comfort degree score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 0.05）. The rebleeding rate of the observation group was0.00%, significantly lower than 10.26% of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusions Foreseeable nursing can rapidly control the bleeding symptoms of duodenal ball, improve patients＇ comfort degree and reduce the rebleeding, which is worthy of promotion.
