胫腓骨粉碎性骨折患者术后实施舒适护理干预的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究胫腓骨粉碎性骨折患者术后实施舒适护理干预的应用效果。方法选择我院2015年2月至2017年3月收治的60例胫腓骨粉碎性骨折患者,随机分为观察组和常规组各30例。观察组实施术后舒适护理干预,常规组提供传统护理服务。比较两组患者的SAS评分、 SDS评分、护理满意度及生活质量评分。结果干预前,两组患者的SAS、 SDS评分比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的SAS、 SDS评分均低于常规组(P <0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为90.00%,高于常规组的66.67%(P <0.05)。观察组的精力、睡眠质量、躯体活动及社会生活评分均高于常规组(P <0.05)。结论对胫腓骨粉碎性骨折患者术后提供舒适护理干预,可缓解患者的不良情绪,提高护理满意度和生活质量。Objective To study the application effect of comfortable nursing intervention on patients with comminuted tibiofibular fractures after surgery. Methods 60 cases of patients with comminuted tibiofibular fractures admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and routine group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group received postoperative comfortable nursing intervention, while the routine group received traditional nursing service. The SAS and SDS scores, nursing satisfaction degree and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, no statistical difference was found in the SAS and SDS scores between the two groups（P 0.05）; After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the routine group（P 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was90.00%, higher than 66.67% of the routine group（P 0.05）. The scores of energy, sleep quality, physical activity and social life of the observation group were higher than those of the routine group（P 0.05）. Conclusions Comfortable nursing intervention in patients with comminuted tibiofibular fractures after surgery can relieve patients＇ bad mood, improve the nursing satisfaction degree and quality of life.
