摘  要:释氧材料是一类以高分子聚合物为基底,负载携氧基体或生氧化合物,能够向伤口组织部位持续提供氧气,满足细胞受损修复和新陈代谢需要,促进组织修复和创伤愈合,具有良好生物相容性的材料,适用于局部氧疗,在组织再生工程中具有广泛的应用前景。目前比较热门的释氧材料包含全氟化碳类、无机过氧化物盐类及过氧化氢三类。本文主要概述了这三类释氧材料的国内外研究进展。Oxygen-releasing materials are a class of polymers that are based on high molecular polymers, loaded oxygen carriers or oxygen-producing compounds. They can continually provide oxygen to wound tissues, promote tissue repair and wound healing to meet the needs of cellular damage repair and metabolism, with good biocompatibility. They are suitable for topical oxygen therapy and have wide application prospects in tissue regeneration engineering. At present, perfluorocarbons, inorganic peroxide salts, and hydrogen peroxide are most popular oxygen-release materials. This paper mainly summarized the research progress of three types of oxygen-releasing materials at home and abroad.
