摘　　要：良性气道狭窄是指由良性病变引起的中心气道狭窄。气道狭窄是常见的气道疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量,严重时可导致呼吸衰竭、窒息,甚至死亡。良性中心气道狭窄的治疗方法包括传统外科治疗方法和经支气管介入治疗。本文针对电子支气管镜下等离子射频消融术联合冷冻治疗良性中心气道狭窄的研究进展进行综述。Benign tracheal stenosis refers to airway stenosis caused by benign lesion. Airway stenosis is a common airway disease,which has serious influence on patients＇ quality of life, and can lead to respiratory failure, asphyxia and even death. The treatment methods of benign tracheal stenosis include traditional surgery and interventional therapy via bronchoscopy. This paper reviewed the research progress of radiofrequency ablation combined with cryotherapy through electronic bronchoscopy in the treatment of benign tracheal stenosis.
