摘　　要：目的观察使用可充气凝胶海绵与凡士林纱条两种不同材料行前鼻孔填塞治疗鼻出血的止血效果及并发症发生情况。方法选择2006年9月-2017年9月于天津市第一中心医院收治的鼻出血患者390例,随机分为观察组和对照组各195例,观察组患者使用可充气凝胶海绵填塞止血,对照组采用凡士林纱条填塞止血,观察比较两组患者填塞所需时间、填塞后血止所需时间、填塞成功率、去除填塞物后再次出血率及各种并发症发生情况。结果观察组填塞时间,填塞后血止所需时间,填塞成功率,抽去填塞物后再次出血率均低于对照组;观察组睡眠障碍、头痛难忍、鼻部胀痛难忍、鼻腔黏膜糜烂、鼻腔粘连发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用可充气凝胶海绵行前鼻孔填塞的治疗方法较使用凡士林纱条用时短,成功率高,并发症少。Objective To observe the hemostatic effect and complications of anterior nostril packing with two different materials of Rapid Rhino and vaseline gauze in the treatment of epistaxis. Methods 390 patients with epistaxis in Tianjin First Central Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 195 cases in each group from September 2006 to September 2017. The patients in the observation group were treated with Rapid Rhino,while the control group with vaseline gauze. The filling time,blood stopping time,success rate,rate of hemorrhage again after removing stuffing and a variety of complications of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The filling time,blood stopping time,success rate,rate of hemorrhage again after removing stuffing of the observation group were lower than those of the control group; The incidences of sleep disorders,headache unbearable,nasal swelling and pain,nasal mucous membrane erosion,nasal adhesion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group; The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Epistaxis treated with Rapid Rhino was superior to vaseline gauze in running time,success rate and complications.
