摘  要:体育传播市场的发展离不开媒体,而当前媒体融合的趋势给这个市场的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。因为市场路径依赖、技术发展成熟度的原因,传统的赛事转播权销售依然是欧洲体育传播市场的主导模式。围绕赛事转播权的竞争,传统广播电视机构依然占据垄断地位,一些电信运营商则凭借技术优势和投资举措强势崛起,因而形成了广电和电信双头竞争的局面。针对市场中存在的传统媒体与新兴技术的矛盾、转播商利益与消费者福利的矛盾,欧洲的市场规则者在版权制度、竞争规则方面提出了一些新的举措。The development of the sports communication market is inseparable from the media, and the current trend of media inte-gration has brought new opportunities and challenges to it. Because of the market path dependence and the maturity of technology development, the traditional sales of broadcasting rights is still the dominant mode of the European sports communication market. Traditional broadcast and television organizations still occupy a monopoly position in the competition of broadcasting rights. Howev-er, some telecom operators have risen strongly with their technological advantages and investment measures, thus forming a situation of double headed competition between broadcast and television organizations and themselves. In response to the contradiction between traditional media and emerging technologies in the market, the contradiction between the interests of broadcasters and consumer wel-fare, European market rulers have proposed some new measures in the copyright system and competition rules.
