摘　　要：铜绿假单胞菌(PA)是临床上医院内感染常见的重要条件致病菌,对多种抗菌药物耐药。铜绿假单胞菌有多种毒力因子,其Ⅲ型分泌系统通过分泌4种效应蛋白发挥毒性作用,是PA最重要致病机制。通过对铜绿假单胞菌Ⅲ型分泌系统毒力因子和抑制剂的研究,对治疗及控制铜绿假单胞菌感染具有重要意义。本文就铜绿假单胞菌的Ⅲ型分泌系统及其抑制剂作一概述。Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a common species of opportunistic pathogen causing nosocomial infections and is resistant to a variety of antibiotics.P.aeruginosa has a variety of virulence factors,the typeⅢsecretion system plays a toxic role through the secretion of four types of effector proteins,which is the most important pathogenesis of the P.aeruginosa.It is of great significance to study the virulence factors and inhibitors of the P.aeruginosa typeⅢ secretion system so as to treat and control the P.aeruginosainfections.The P.aeruginosa Ⅲtype secretion system and its inhibitors are recapitulated in the article.
