摘 要:马铃薯斑纹片病是茄科、伞形科作物一种重要病害,其病原为Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum,快速、灵敏、特异的检测技术对该病害的发现、预警和防治都具有重要意义。本文综述了国外关于马铃薯斑纹片病菌检测方法的研究进展,重点介绍了以PCR、实时荧光PCR、多重PCR、LAMP等为代表的分子生物学检测技术在马铃薯斑纹片病菌检测中的应用,并分析了各种技术的优缺点,为该病原菌的检测及防控技术研究提供参考。Potato zebra chip disease caused by Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum(Lso) seriously infects crops of Solanaceae and Umbelliferae. Fast,accurate,sensitive and specific detection methods are very important for surveillance and control of this disease. In this paper,recent advances in molecular detection techniques of Lso were reviewed. The published molecular detection techniques,such as conventional PCR,real-time quantitative PCR,multiplex PCR and LAMP were discussed and the merit and demerit of them were evaluated so as to provide useful reference for the detection and control of Lso.
