摘  要:我国具备出口潜力的柑橘品种多,但受实蝇等有害生物影响,出口前需进行检疫处理。本文以两种琯溪蜜柚(Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck.cv.guanximiyou)、南丰蜜桔(Citrus reticulate(L.)Blanco cv.Nanfengmiju)、赣南脐橙(Citrus sinersis(L.)Osbeck cv.gannanqicheng)、小叶桔(Citrus succosa(L.)Hort cv.xiaoyeju)为研究对象,研究溴甲烷熏蒸对低温储存期及之后的货架期柑橘品质指标中色泽、糖度、酸度和硬度的影响。结果表明,50 g/m3溴甲烷常温熏蒸处理2 h,对低温储存期及货架期脐橙和小叶桔品质无影响;琯溪白蜜柚在货架期内,表皮出现褐色斑;琯溪红蜜柚在低温存储期及货架期酸度均显著降低;南丰蜜桔货架期表皮明显出现褐色。建议50 g/m3溴甲烷常温熏蒸处理2 h作为脐橙和小叶桔出口前检疫处理的技术指标。China has rich citrus resources which have many varieties with great export potential,while phytosanitary treatment are necessary due to pests such as fruit fly. We study the color,total soluble solids,acidity,firmness of citrus,including two varieties of Guanxi honey pomelo(Citrus grandis(L.) Osbeck.cv. guanximiyou),Nanfeng mandarin(Citrus reticulate(L.) Blanco cv. Nanfengmiju),Gannan navel orange(Citrus Sinersis(L.) Osbeck cv. gannanqicheng),mandarin(Citrus succosa(L.) Hort cv. xiaoyeju),during 5℃ cold storage and shelf-life after methyl bromide fumigation. The results show that there was no significantant influnce in the quality of Gannan orange and mandarin with methyl bromide fumigation conducted at 50 g/m^3 for 2 h,while Guanxi pomelo appeared brown spots in the peel during shelf-life,acidity of Red pulp pomelo decreased significantly during cold storage and shelf-life,and the peel of Nanfeng mandarin browned significantly during shelf-life. As a consequence,we demonstrate that 50 g/m^3 methyl bromide fumigation for 2 hours could provide quarantine security for orange and mandarin.
