一种测定BOD_5接种液的获取方法的研究

摘　　要：BOD_5是环境检测的重要指标,接种液则是影响BOD_5测定结果的重要因素之一。介绍一种接种液的配置方法,即利用对采集的河水中的细菌进行初发酵培养,培养后的接种液用纯水稀释,使透过率达到30%,加入量为每升稀释水加0.6 mL。通过一系列实验,验证了这种获取接种液方法的可行性。Five-day biochemical oxygen demand （BOD5） is one of the important indicators of environmental monitoring, and inoculation fluid is one of the major factors affecting BOD5 determination. This paper introduces a preparation method of inoculation fluid, primary fermentation cultivation is conducted on the collected bacteria from river water, and then inoculation fluid is diluted with pure water after cultivation, to make the transmission rate is of 30%, the addition amount is 0.6 mL/L. The feasibility of the preparation method is verified through a series experiments.
