摘　　要：目的系统评价封闭抗体水平与复发性流产的相关性。方法计算机检索Pub Med、EMbase、CNKI、CBM、Wan Fang Data和VIP数据库,搜集封闭抗体水平与复发性流产相关性的病例-对照研究,检索时限均从建库至2017年5月。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入12个病例-对照研究,包括3 413例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示:封闭抗体阴性与复发性流产的发生具有相关性,其差异具有统计学意义[OR=6.10,95%CI(2.40,15.51),P=0.000 1]。结论当前证据表明,封闭抗体缺乏是复发性流产的危险因素之一。受纳入研究数量和质量的限制,上述结论尚待更多高质量研究予以验证。Objectives To systematically review the association between the level of blocking antibody and recurrent spontaneous abortions. Methods PubMed, CNKI, CBM, WanFang Data and VIP databases were searched online to collect case-control studies on the association between the level of blocking antibody and recurrent spontaneous abortions from inception to May, 2017. Two reviewers independently screened literature, extracted data and assessed the risk of bias of included studies, then meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.3 software. Results A total of 12 case-control studies involving 3 413 patients were included. The results of meta-analysis showed that： there was a strong association between the blocking antibody negative and recurrent spontaneous abortions with statistical significance （OR=6.10, 95%CI 2.40 to 15.51, P=0.000 1）. Conclusions Current evidence shows that the blocking antibody negative is a risk factor for recurrent spontaneous abortions. Due to limited quality and quantity of the included studies, more high quality studies are required to verify above conclusions.
