摘  要:传统布线设计方法存在着诸多局限性,制约了产品的快速研制,采用三维布线技术可以解决这一问题。文中以某雷达产品的天线阵面为研究对象,分析了其结构特征和布线特点,介绍了该阵面基于Creo2.0_Cabling模块的三维布线设计流程、设计原则、布线准备工作和布线操作步骤,最后生成了可以指导实际生产的电缆长度信息和布线模型图。三维布线技术大大提升了设计生产效率和准确度。The traditional wiring design method has many limitations, which restricts the rapid development of products. This problem can be solved by 3D-wiring technology. In this paper the structure characteristics and wiring features of a radar antenna array are analyzed. The 3D-wiring design process, design principle, wiring preparation and operation procedure based on Creo2.0_Cabling are introduced. And the cable length informa- tion and the wiring model, which can guide the actual production, are finally generated. The 3D-wiring tech- nology has greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy.
