土地流转、农民收入与人力资本投资决策——基于调查数据的实证分析

摘　　要：基于课题组2016年暑期调查数据,实证分析了土地流转和农民收入对人力资本投资决策的影响。研究发现:土地资源禀赋通过替代效应和收入效应渠道交互影响人力资本投资决策,土地资源禀赋对人力资本投资决策的替代效应占主导。并且农户土地经营面积、农户的子女受教育程度对农户收入影响程度存在区间不同。在农户土地经营面积对数值高于临界值时,土地资源禀赋和农户人力资本投资实现最优资源配置,提高农民收入。Based on the survey data of the research group in summer of 2016,this paper has empirically analyzed the impact of land circulation and farmers＇ income on the decision-making of investment on human capital.This study has found that the endowment of land resources has an interactional influence on the decision-making of investment on human capital by means of substitution effect and income effect,which dominates substitution effect of the decision-making of the investment on human capital.In addition,there exist different intervals of influences on their income that both the land management areas of rural residents and the educational levels of the farmers＇ children exert.Only when the logarithm of farmers＇ land management areas is higher than the threshold value can the endowment of land resources and rural residents＇ investment on human capital realize the optimal allocation of resources,thus increasing the farmers＇ income.
