摘　　要：在分析托盘共用服务联盟企业的合作机制及运营情况的基础上,对托盘共用服务联盟存在的利益分配不公及操作策略较难实施问题进行研究。通过引入Raiffa解模型对联盟利益进行分配,同时基于"收益共享,风险共担,持续发展"的原则,除了考虑常规的投资额外,还基于可持续理念考虑企业承担服务成本及服务质量因素对模型进行修正。此外,为了兼顾各方风险偏重因素,基于最小二乘法计算各方风险因子权重,得到一种新的利益分配方法,新的利益分配模型更加科学、合理,有利于托盘共用服务联盟的稳定发展。Profit distribution is a key issue to maintain the stability of the pallet sharing service alliance.According to the analysis of cooperation and operation mechanism of pallet sharing service alliance,this paper studies strategies of profit distribution to explore a simpler and fairer approach.Firstly,Raiffa model is introduced into strategy of profit distribution.Secondly,the investment,service and risk shared by enterprises are considered into the Raiffa model based on the principles of revenue sharing,risk sharing,sustainable development,especially,service cost and quality are focused to maintain the sustainability of alliance,risk weights are calculated by using the least-square method to trade off risk preference factors of all stakeholders.A new profit distribution strategy is got.At last,a case is taken to verify the effectiveness and superiority of proposed method compared with traditional Raiffa model.
