摘 要:战略投送能力是军队战斗力的重要组成部分,战略投送网络中人员和物资围绕国防交通枢纽集结或展开,枢纽位置选择对网络的效率和安全性有重大影响。在现有研究基础上,进一步考虑特定枢纽失效时的情形,建立多目标整数规划模型,设计一种基于概率的多目标禁忌搜索求解算法,通过仿真算例说明综合权衡平战时网络性能时的网络选址策略,可以为战略投送平战一体化网络设计提供定量参考。The ability of force projection is an important component in army battle effectiveness.Given the fact that persons and materials are consolidated and deployed through the hubs of the projection network,the location of hubs has significantly influence on the efficiency and safety of the network.Based on the existing research results,a resilient hub location strategy considering the failure of specific hubs is proposed.A multi-objective integer programming model is established,and a multi-objective tabu search algorithm is developed to solve the model.A computational example is used to illustrate how to make tradeoffs between the performance of the network in normal and wartime state,which is very useful for making quantitative decision in design of a resilient strategic force projection network.
