摘 要:运用ANSYS软件谐响应动力学模块对SiC_p/Al复合材料凸缘结构薄壁件的共振幅值进行分析,研究凸缘几何尺寸和几何结构对试件共振振幅频率曲线的影响规律,以及激振力的作用位置对其共振幅值的影响。研究发现凸缘结构薄壁件的共振幅值随着试件厚度和凸缘长度的增加而减小,且厚度较小的试件更容易在较低的频率范围内发生共振现象。激振力施加部位越靠近凸缘结构和约束端部分,试件共振幅值越小,而高度方向上激振力位置的改变对试件振幅的影响更大。凸缘个数越多,在激振力500-5000Hz频率范围内发生共振现象的可能性越小,试件的振动幅值也越小。The resonant amplitude of the thin-walled parts of SiCp/Al composite with flange structure is analyzed by using harmonic response dynamic module of ANSYS software. The influence law of geometry size and geometry structure of flange was studied on the resonance amplitude-frequency curves. The influences of loading position of exciting force on the resonance amplitude were also obtained. It is found that the resonance amplitude of thin-walled parts with flange structure decreases with the increase of thickness and flange length. And the thinner specimen is more likely to appear resonance phenomenon in the lower frequency range. When the loading position is closer to the flange structure and the constrained part, the resonance amplitude is smaller. And the change of the position of the exciting force in the height direction has a greater impact on the resonance amplitude in a lower frequency range. The more the number of flange is ,the less he possibility of resonance in the frequency range of 500 - 5000Hz of exciting force, and the smaller the vibration amplitude of specimen is.
