摘  要:研究了可转位波形刃铣刀片的铣削机理,在相同条件下分别采用波形刃铣刀片和直线刃铣刀片对45钢进行了铣削试验。试验发现:波形刃铣刀片的铣削力比直线刃铣刀片低10%-20%。随后,采用正交试验研究切削参数对波形刃铣刀片铣削力的影响规律,利用线性回归法得到铣削力经验公式,通过极差分析法得出各试验参数对铣削力的影响程度,即每齿进给量对波形刃铣刀片铣削力的影响最大,其次为轴向切深和径向切深,最后是铣削速度,得出铣削力最小时所对应的切削参数,为波形刃铣刀片的高效使用提供了依据。In this paper,the milling mechanism of waved-edge milling inserts are studied. A comparison experiment between the waved-edge milling inserts and linear-edge milling inserts is done in the same condition, it is proved that the milling force of the waved-edge milling inserts is 10% -20% lower than that of the linear-edge milling inserts. An orthogonal experiment is done to study the influence of cutting parameters on the waved-edge milling inserts. The emprical formula of milling force is obtained by linear regression method. The influence degree of cutting parameters on milling force is studied by range analysis method. The influence of feed per tooth on milling force is the most obvious, followed by axial cutting depth and radial cutting depth, the last is milling speed. The experiment parameters corresponding to the mimium milling force are obtained, this can provide the basis for the efficient use of the waved-edge milling inserts.
