显微镜治疗亚临床型精索静脉曲张患者手术前后精液质量和抗精抗体对比研究

摘　　要：目的观察显微镜治疗亚临床型精索静脉曲张患者手术前后精液质量及抗精子抗体的变化。方法选择在我院泌尿外科住院治疗的亚临床型精索静脉曲张患者50例,排除继发性精索静脉曲张,入院后均行显微镜下精索静脉高位结扎术,分别在术前和术后3个月进行精液质量、抗精子抗体阳性率检测。结果亚临床型精索静脉曲张患者行显微镜下精索静脉低位结扎术后3个月抗精子抗体阳性率较前明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论亚临床型精索静脉曲张患者早行显微镜下精索静脉结扎术可显著提高精液质量,降低As Ab阳性率。Objective To explore the changes of semen quality and anti-sperm antibody in patients with subclinical varicocele treated by microscope before and after operation. Methods Fifty patients with subclinical varicocele who were hospitalized in urology department of our hospital were excluded from secondary varicocele. All patients underwent high ligation of spermatic vein under microscope after admission. Semen quality and anti-sperm antibody positive rate were detected before and 3 months after operation. Results The positive rate of the anti-sperm antibody was significantly reduced after 3 months after the low ligation of spermatic vein in subclinical varicose vein（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Subclinical spermatic vein ligation can significantly improve semen quality and decrease As Ab positive rate.
