摘　　要：目的探讨吗替麦考酚酸(MMF)联合糖皮质激素治疗原发性干燥综合征并难治性血小板减少症的疗效及不良反应。方法对16例原发性干燥综合征并难治性血小板减少症患者,应用吗替麦考酚酸1.5~2.0g/d联合糖皮质激素治疗,用药期间定期检查血象、肝肾功能、血压,观察不良反应。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后血小板计数明显升高(P<0.01),总缓解率68.75%,其中完全缓解率37.50%,部分缓解率31.25%,不良反应轻。结论吗替麦考酚酸联合糖皮质激素可作为治疗原发性干燥综合征并难治性血小板减少症的有效方法,并且大多数患者毒副反应轻微,可以耐受。Objective To investigate the effectivenesses and the adverse effects of mycophenolate mofetil combining with glucocorticoid for refractory thrombopenia in primary Sj？ gren＇s syndrome. Methods We selected sixteen cases patients of refractory thrombopenia in primary Sj？ gren＇s syndrome,whom were treated by mycophenolate mofetil 1. 5 ~ 2. 0 g/d combining with glucocorticoid. During the medication period,we checked the hemogram,the hepatic and renal function,blood pressure and the adverse effect regularly. Results When the treatment was finished,patient＇s blood platelets count elevated significantly（ P〈0. 01）,compared with treatment before,and the total remission rate was 68. 75%,in which the complete remission rate was 37. 50%,the partial remission rate was 31. 25%,and the adverse effect was slight. Conclusion Mycophenolate mofetil combining with glucocorticoid is an effective prescription for the treatment of refractory thrombopenia in primary Sj？ gren＇s syndrome,and there is slight toxic side reaction for most patients to endure treatment.
