大鼠血清sTREM-1在脓毒血症中的变化

摘　　要：目的比较脓毒血症大鼠不同时间血清中可溶性髓样细胞触发受体-1(sTREM-1)与降钙素原(PCT)的变化,研究sTREM-1在早期脓毒血症的诊断价值。方法将36只雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组(N)、假手术组(S)和脓毒血症组(P),每组12只。脓毒症模型采用盲肠末端结扎穿孔法制备。分别在模型制备后0h,3h,6h、12h,24h,48h于股静脉采集血浆样本,测定sTREM-1和PCT浓度。结果 P组3,6,12,24,48h的sTREM-1浓度显著高于S组和N组的对应时点的浓度(P=0.000),且P组各时间点sTREM-1也有显著差异(P<0.05)。P组6,12,24,48h的PCT浓度显著高于S组和N组的对应时点浓度(P=0.000),且P组0,3h和6,12,24,48h的PCT浓度有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在大鼠脓毒血症时,血清PCT和sTREM-1均升高,且均随炎症的加重而逐渐升高,但sTREM-1较PCT升高较早。Objective To compare the sepsis in rats at different times in serum soluble myeloid cells trigger receptor 1（ sTREM-1） and the changes of calcitonin original（ PCT）,and to explore the sensitivity and reliability of sTREM-1 as early diagnostic indicators of sepsis. Methods Thirty-six male rats were randomly divided into normal control group（ N）,pseudo surgical group（ S） and sepsis group（ P）,each group of 12. The model of sepsis was prepared by perforation of the end of the cecum. After the preparation of the model,the plasma samples of 0 h,3 h,6 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h were collected from the femoral vein,and measured the concentration of trem-1 and PCT. ResultsTREM-1 P group 3,6,12,24 and 48 h concentration was significantly higher than the concentration of the corresponding point S group and N group（ P = 0. 000）,and the TREM-1 P group of each point in time there was also a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The concentrations of PCT P group 6,12,24,and 48 h were significantly higher than those in the S and N groups（ P = 0. 000）,and the PCT P group 0,3 h and 6,12,24,and 48 h were significantly different（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Sepsis in rats,the serum PCT and sTREM-1 are higher,and get increased with the development of the inflammation,but the sTREM-1 rise earlier than PCT.
