摘  要:模具自动喷雾润滑对于铝合金轮毂锻造生产线起着关键作用,一条轮毂生产线可生产不同规格的轮毂产品,采用固定喷头无法覆盖不同产品需求,需要设计可调的柔性喷头。通过对铝合金锻造生产线的产品范围、模具型腔特点和模具喷涂区域进行分析研究,设计出适合生产线快速调节的柔性喷头系统。本喷头系统包含环形支架、喷嘴和齿轮丝杠调节机构,生产时针对不同的产品和模具型号,通过大伞齿轮将动力传递给小伞齿轮,使丝杠旋转,达到调节喷嘴径向位置的目的。经使用验证,该环形柔性润滑喷头可以适应不同产品润滑需求,并能达到良好的喷涂效果。The automatic spray lubrication for mold plays a key role in the forging production line of aluminum alloy wheel hub. However,a wheel hub production line can produce wheel hubs with different specifications,so the adjustable lubricating spray head needs to be designed to meet the product requirements because the fixed spray head cannot realize the above function. Therefore,a flexible spraying system suitable for rapid adjustment of aluminum alloy forging production line was designed by analyzing the product range,mold cavity characteristics and mold spraying area which included annular bracket,spray nozzle,gear and lead screw regulating mechanism. When it worked for the different products and mold types,the big bevel gear transmitted power to the small bevel gears to rotate the screw in order to achieve the purpose of adjusting the radial position of spray nozzles. The application shows that the annular flexible lubricating spray head can meet the lubrication requirements of different products and achieve good spraying effect.
