摘 要:针对链轮的几何特征和成形难点,首先,利用模拟软件Deform,对链轮上直径φ1 mm凸台成形的工艺过程进行了数值模拟与分析,研究了凸台的挤压成形性能,得到了可以一次半冲孔成形的结论;其次,为避免小圆孔凸模在冲裁过程中折断,设计了直径φ4 mm小圆孔的凸模保护装置。结合零件的特点确定了排样方案,采用了光洁断面的精冲级进模工艺,设计了轮廓齿形部分的精冲工艺参数及V形齿圈、导正销、平衡杆、闭锁销等核心部件。通过生产验证,该设计方案成功地解决了链轮工件的成形难点,并在高生产效率、高稳定性的级进模结构下冲制得到了符合要求的链轮零件。For the geometric characteristics and the forming difficulties of the sprocket,the forming process of the boss with diameterΦ1 mm on the sprocket was numerically simulated and analyzed by simulation software Deform,and the extrusion formability of boss was studied to obtain the boss formed by a single semi-piercing. Then,in order to avoid small circular punch broke in the blanking process,the small circular punch protection device with diameter Φ4 mm was designed. According to the characteristics of the parts,the nesting scheme was determined,and the fine blanking process parameters of contour teeth and the core components of V shaped gear ring,pilot pin,balancing arm and lock pin were designed by applying the fine blanking progressive die process with the smooth section. The production practices show that the forming difficulties of sprocket workpiece are solved successfully by the design scheme,and the sprocket parts meet the requirements under the high production efficiency and high stability of the progressive die structure.
