摘　　要：目的本研究旨在建立长春地区健康成人网织红细胞血红蛋白含量(Ret-He)的参考区间,为增生性贫血的早期诊断和鉴别诊断提供依据。方法收集2017年2月-6月吉林大学第二医院体检中心健康成人的EDTA抗凝血480份,按性别、年龄分组在Sysmex-XN2000全自动血液分析仪上测定Ret-He。结果用SPSS 23.0统计软件进行描述和分析。选择长春市不同区域3家医院对新建立的参考区间进行验证。结果男性和女性Ret-He参考区间分别为:(30.2-36.0)pg和(29.1-35.4)pg,三家医院验证结果均在该参考区间内。结论由于饮食、地域、气候、生活习惯等差异,不同地区Ret-He参考区间不同。因此,建立符合本地区实验室的Ret-He参考区间,对临床贫血性疾病的诊断、治疗和预后的评估有重要的意义。Objective The goal of this study is to establish appropriate reference intervals of Ret-He in healthy adults in Changchun area.It lays a foundation for early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hyperplastic anemia.Methods The study is recommended by the health industry standards and clinical laboratory standard institute.480 samples of EDTA anticoagulant blood were collected from healthy adults who underwent physical examination in the physical examination center of the second hospital of Jilin university from February to June 2017.Ret-He was determined by sex and age group on Sysmex-XN2000 automatic blood analyzer.Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 23.0 software.Three hospitals in different regions of changchun city were selected to verify the newly established reference interval.Results The reference rage of Ret-He was（30.2-36.0）pg in male,and（29.1-35.4）pg in female.The results from all three hospitals fell within the reference interval.Conclusion Due to differences in diet,region,climate and lifestyle,Ret-He reference ranges are different in different regions.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish the RetHe reference range in accordance with the laboratory in this region for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of clinical anemia diseases.
