摘  要:目前,在低温阳离子聚合法生产石油树脂过程中,需用碱洗、酸洗或水洗完成聚合反应终止,然后通过过滤、减压蒸馏,得到石油树脂。后处理工艺复杂,环境污染大,产率低,台时长。针对聚合反应难终止和后处理难的问题,选用蒙脱土和沸石为载体,通过吸附焦磷酸三聚氰胺,得到集链终止与过滤为一体的新型复合助滤剂,解决了环境污染问题,提高了生产效率。通过XRD、BJH、SEM等分析,确定了最佳配比蒙脱土:沸石=3:7,并详细阐述了聚合反应链终止和助滤机理。In the low temperature cationic polymerization process, alkaline, acid or water wash will be used to terminate the polymerization. Then, petroleum resin can be obtained after filtration and distillation. The process is complicated, its environmental pollution is serious, the yield is low and production time is longer. Regarding the problems, montmorillonite and zeolite were selected as filters to adsorb melamine pyrophosphate. The new functional complex filter has the properties of chain termination and filtration. It can reduce environmental pollution and improve production efficiency. The best ratio of montmorillonite to zeolite(3:7) was determined by analysis means, such as XRD,BJH,SEM. At last, the polymerization chain termination and filtering mechanisms were described.
