摘 要:为了提高油田采收率,研制了新型亲水表面活性剂。以马来酸酐、对甲苯磺酸、异丙醇、乙氧基化醇、亚硫酸氢钠、碳酸氢钠为原料,合成了壬基酚乙氧基磺酸盐。考察了表面活性剂对表面张力的影响;验证了加入表面活性剂时产生泡沫的质量;计算了新型表面活性剂提高采收率的能力。结果表明,壬基酚乙氧基磺酸盐在高压和低温条件下对CO_2/水界面界面张力作用明显;具有很强的二氧化碳亲和力;表面活性剂可提高产生泡沫的质量。得出结论,壬基酚乙氧基磺酸盐在CO_2驱提高采收率应用中具有巨大的潜力。In order to improve oil recovery, a new type of hydrophilic surfactant was developed. Nonylphenol ethoxysulfonate was synthesized from maleic anhydride, p-toluenesulfonic acid, isopropanol, ethoxylated alcohol, sodium bisulfite and sodium bicarbonate. The effect of the surfactant on surface tension was investigated. The quality of the foam produced when the surfactant was added was verified. The ability of the new surfactant to enhance the oil recovery was calculated. The results showed that nonylphenol ethoxysulfonate had obvious effect on interfacial tension of CO_2/water under high pressure and low temperature, had strong carbon dioxide affinity, and the surfactant improved the quality of foam. So the nonylphenol ethoxy sulfonate has great potential for enhanced oil recovery by CO_2 flooding.
