摘 要:MTBE具有辛烷值较高的特点,在化工领域中具有重要作用,成为汽油的重要清洁添加成分,而对MTBE产品中的高硫含量及其脱硫技术的研究具有及其重要的意义。通过分析MTBE中硫的来源及其含量偏高的原因。介绍了普通精馏、萃取精馏、催化精馏及吸附精馏的MTBE产品脱硫技术措施,进而达到降低MTBE中硫含量的目的,满足国Ⅴ汽油调合标准要求。MTBE has the characteristic of high octane number, and plays an important role in the field of chemical industry, it becomes the important cleaning additive component of gasoline, so it is of great significance to research the desulfurization technology of MTBE products. In this paper, the source of sulfur in MTBE products as well as reasons to cause high sulfur content was analyzed, the technical measures of MTBE product desulphurization were introduced, such as ordinary rectification, extractive rectification, catalytic rectification and adsorption rectification.
