摘　　要：大型化工生产装置连续平稳运行对工厂的安全和效益至关重要,优化操作、技术改进是实现装置长周期运行的关键因素。现在国内大型化工企业一般是3年进行一次小规模检修,5年进行一次大规模检修,因此一套装置若能连续运行3年就不必为长周期生产担忧,但大多数装置无法实现,因此研究装置如何实现长周期生产很有实际意义。The continuous and stable operation of large chemical plant is very important to the safety and benefit of the plant. Now a small overhaul is generally carried out every three years in domestic large-scale chemical enterprises, while a major overhaul is generally carried out every five years. So if a device can run continuously for three years, we would not have to worry about its long production cycle, but most of the devices cannot be achieved, so how to realize the long production cycle of device is of great practical significance.
