摘 要:针对乙醛废水给环境保护带来的巨大危害,加强对乙醛废水的回收利用是当前化工领域研究的重点。结合乙醛生产装置,以某乙醛废水作为研究背景,采用液-液萃取-气相色谱-质谱仪方法对乙醛废水中的有机物进行分析,结果表明采用HP-5色谱柱,进气口温度在260℃,分流比在5∶1,同时萃取剂选择二氯甲烷,用量在10.5 mL,并采用先碱后酸的方法,得到最佳的有机物检测条件。最后通过该方法检出32种有机物,其中主要含量有7种,超过85%的含量。In view of the great harm of acetaldehyde wastewater to the environmental protection, strengthening the recovery and utilization of acetaldehyde wastewater is the focus of current research in the field of chemical industry. According to an acetaldehyde production device, taking acetaldehyde wastewater as the research object, liquid-liquid extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was used to analyze organic matter in acetaldehyde wastewater. The results showed that the best determining conditions were as follows: using HP-5 column,the inlet temperature 260 ℃, split ratio 5:1, the solvent dichloromethane 10.5 mL. Finally, 32 kinds of organic compounds were detected by this method, main organic compounds included 7 kinds, and their total content was more than 85%.
