摘　　要：介绍了北京首钢股份有限公司酸洗MES系统存在的问题，采取增加认证标识、酸洗物料生成检验批条件、创建酸洗物料性能判定规则和增加产品取样和包装方式参数等系统优化与改进措施后，提高了生产控制的精准性，缩短了认证卷周期和性能复验周期。The problems of MES in the pickling line of Beijing Shougang Co., Ltd. were analyzed. After the system optimization and improvement measures such as adding certification marks, generating inspection lot conditions for pickling materials, creating decision rules of properties inspection for pickling materials, and adding parameters of product sampling and packaging methods, the precision of production control was improved, and the production time and properties re-inspection time were shortened.
