摘 要:采用熔融共混法制备了不同比例的聚苯醚(PPO)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)合金,并以苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)作为增容剂,采用哈克转矩流变仪、扫描电子显微镜、冲击和拉伸试验、热重分析等研究了PPO/ABS共混合金的加工流动性、相形态、力学性能和热稳定性。结果发现,PPO和ABS属于热力学不相容聚合物,SMA可以在PPO/ABS合金中起到较好的增容作用; PPO/ABS合金中ABS的含量越高,合金加工流动性越好,SMA可以使PPO/ABS合金的转矩明显降低,但其含量对转矩的影响较小; PPO/ABS合金的力学性能较差,加入适量SMA后合金的冲击性能和拉伸性能都有较大改善; PPO/ABS共混合金中PPO的含量越高,合金的热稳定性越好,SMA对合金的热稳定性影响不大。Polyphenylene oxide (PPO)/acrYlonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) blends with different proportion were prepared by melt blending, and styrene grafted with maleic anhydride copolymer (SMA) was introduced as compatibilizer. The processing fluidity, morphology, mechanical properties and thermal stability were tested through Haake torque rheometer, scanning electron microscope (SEM), impact and tensile tests and thermogravimetric analysis. The results show that PPO and ABS are thermodynamic incompatible and SMA serves as a better compatibilizer in PPO/ABS blends. The processing fluidity of PPO/ABS blends is improved with the increase of content of ABS. The addition of SMA decreases the torque of PPO/ABS blends obviously, but the content of SMA has little effects on the torque of PPO/ABS blends. PPO/ABS blends present the poor mechanical properties, but adding SMA improves the impact and tensile properties of PPO/ABS blends. The thermal stability of PPO/ABS blends increases with the content of PPO, and the addition of SMA has no obvious effects on the thermal stability of PPO/ABS blends.
