摘 要:为研究不同的表面活性剂对Ti-6Al-4V金属注射成形(MIM)喂料相容性的影响,对喂料分组添加相同含量的硬脂酸(SA)、司盘80(Span 80)和乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺(EBS),通过润湿角实验、流变实验、力学性能实验和断面形貌分析选择适合的表面活性剂。结果表明,添加EBS黏结剂的湿润角为37. 6°,具有较好的润湿效果;含有EBS的喂料具有较低的屈服应力,温度的变化对其流变性能有较小的影响;含有EBS的喂料具有较高的剪切敏感性和最高的综合流变学因子值,并具有较高的抗弯强度,断裂面上存在较少的"窝状"和裸露的Ti-6Al-4V粉末。In order to study the effect of surfactants on compatibility of Ti-6A1-4V metal injection molding feedstock, stearic acid (SA), sorbitan oleate (SpanS0) and ethylene bis-stearamide (EBS) with the same content were added to the feedstock respectively. The wetting angle test, rheological properties analysis, mechanical property studies and fracture surface analysis were carried out to choose the appropriate Surfactants. The results show that the wetting angle of binder containing EBS is 37.6, and it has better wetting effect. The feedstock containing EBS exhibits lower yield stress and the change of temperature has slight influence on its rheological properties. The feedstock containing EBS shows higher shear sensitivity and the highest value of a general theological index, and higher flexural strength is observed. Fewer "nests" and barer Ti-6A1-4V powder exist on the fracture surface.
