摘 要:研究不同混炼工艺对杜仲(EUG)/天然(NR)并用胶性能的影响,通过力学性能、硫化特性来表征胶料的性能。结果表明,采用特殊新工艺加工方法,混炼胶的性能得到明显的改善,门尼黏度逐渐下降,硫化胶的物理性能、分散性能、流变性能、磨耗性能、屈挠性能都有显著提高。通过扫描电镜和橡胶加工分析仪分析,产生这一现象与杜仲胶的结晶、基体的连续相以及填料的分散有关。The effects of different mixing processes on the properties of eucommia ulmoides gum (EUG) /natural rubber (NR) blend were studied. The performance of the compound was characterized by mechanical properties and vulcanization characteristics. The results show that the properties of the composites are improved by the special new process, the Mooney viscosity decreases gradually, and the physical properties, dispersibility, rheological properties, abrasion performance and flexural properties of the vulcanizates are improved remarkably. This phenomenon is related to the crystallization of the gutta percha, the continuous phase of the matrix and the dispersion of the filler, as analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and rubber processing analyzers.
