摘 要:以氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)为原料,超临界CO_2为发泡剂,制备了TPU/CPE发泡珠粒。研究了TPU/CPE共混物的相容性、流变性能、发泡性能及CPE的含量对发泡珠粒抗收缩性能的影响。结果表明,CPE与TPU有良好的相容性,CPE的加入能有效改善TPU的发泡性能与抗收缩性能,CPE含量为10%时,得到平均泡孔尺寸最小(8. 851μm)、泡孔密度最大(1. 763×10^(12)cm^(-3))的发泡材料。TPU/CPE发泡珠粒的收缩率随着CPE含量的增加而降低,CPE的加入对降低TPU发泡珠粒的收缩有着显著作用。Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU)foams that were modified with polyvinyl chloride (CPE) were prepared through autoclave foaming process using CO2 as blowing agent. Thermal behavior, theological and foaming properties of the samples were evaluated. The results indicate that the addition of CPE can improve the melt strength of TPU and improve its foaming properties. The foaming material of which the average cell size is the smallest (8. 851 υm) and the cell density is the maximum (1.796×1012 cm-3)is obtained when the content of CPE is 10 %. The Shrinkage ratio decreases with the increasing CPE content. The addition of CPE has a significant effect on reducing the shrinkage of TPU foam beads.
