摘  要:采用物理混合的方法,以水性聚氨酯(PU)为基体,制备了环保型炭黑基电热碳浆。对炭黑基电热碳浆的表面形貌、力学性能、电阻率及电热性能进行了测试,结果表明,当炭黑(CB)含量为13%~15%时,碳浆膜片具有良好的表面形貌和力学性能,电阻率为28. 8~33Ω·cm,220 V条件下电热温度为70~81℃。在上述材料中加入石墨烯(GO)并对其电热性能进行测试,结果表明,GO的加入能明显改善其电热性能,当导电填料含量为15%且m(GO)∶m(CB)=12∶3时,碳浆膜片在100 V条件下电热温度为50. 7℃。The environmental- friendly electrothermal carbon paste of carbon black was prepared by the method of physical mixing and using the waterborne polyurethane as substrate. The surface morphology, mechanical properties, resistivity and electrothermal properties of electrothermal carbon paste of carbon black were measured. The result shows when the content of Carbon lalack is from 13% to 15%, the membrane of carbon paste has good surface morphology, excellent mechanical properties, the resistivity from 28.8 Ω cm to 33 lΩ cm and the electrothermaltemperature from 70 *C to 80 *C under the Condition of 220 V. The graphene was added to the above materials and the electrothermal properties were tested. The result shows that the addition of graphene can significantly improve electrothermal property and when the content of conductive filler is 15% and the mass ratio of graphene to carbon black is i2 to 3, the membrane of carbon paste has the electrothermal temperature of 50.7 *C under the condition of 100 V.
