摘 要:南京栖霞山铅锌矿采用上向点柱分层充填采矿方法回采,由于随着开采深度的增加,采场顶板及上盘围岩应力集中,引起顶板冒落。为了提高回采作业安全性和回采率,盘区上向分层进路阶梯式回采充填采矿方法由多个采场组成一个盘区,以进路方式由下向上分层回采,每一分层间隔布置Ⅰ、Ⅱ期若干进路,以每条进路为单元分别进行回采和充填,Ⅰ期进路超前Ⅱ期进路形成阶梯式回采,进路充填不需进行采场接顶,一个采场可间隔布置多个作业面进行采矿和充填。为了有效控制Ⅱ期进路回采时Ⅰ期进路充填体垮塌现象,提出了预留梯形矿柱或连续条形矿柱的回采方案,保证了回采作业的安全。应用研究表明,采场的综合生产能力达到每月6 452t,回采率达到了87.1%,贫化率小于3%,生产能力完全达到了设计的要求。The overhand slice stopping and filling mining method was adopted in Nanjing Qixiashan lead-zinc mine. The roof falling was caused by the stress concentration of the roof and hanging wall in stope with the depth of mining increasing. The panel overhand drift with stair-stepping arrangement and filing mining method was adopted to improve the safety of mining operation and recovery rate of mineral resources. A panel consisted of several stopes. The stopping sequence was from the bottom to the top with drifts which were divided into phases Ⅰ and Ⅱ in slices. The phases I drifts were ahead of the phases Ⅱ drifts, which formed stair-stepping appearance. Each drift was used for stopping and filling which was no need to roof-contacted fill. A stope can be divided into several drifts to mining and filling. In order to effectively control the collapse of filling bodies in Phase I drifts during the Phase ]] drifts mining, a mining scheme with leaving trapezoidal pillar or continuous strip-shaped pillar was proposed, guaranteeing the safety of the mining operation. The application research indicated that the comprehensive production capacity of the stope reached to 6 452 t/month, the recovery rate reached to 87.1% and the dilution ratewas less than 3%. The production capacity fully met the design requirements.
