摘　　要：本文根据厦门市发展现状和地域特色,参考厦门市土地利用总体规划（2006-2020年）,构建了具有科学性的厦门市区域承载力评价指标体系,运用极差变换法和均方差决策法对原始数据进行无量纲化处理并赋以权重值,而后采用综合指数法求得2012至2016年厦门市的区域承载力综合评价值,最后运用层次分级法,对4个分目标的权重进行分级排名,并分析其在城市发展中对综合区域承载力的影响程度变化及其原因。This paper constructs a representative and scientific evaluation index system of regional bearing capacity in Xiamen based on the status quo of Xiamen＇s own development, combined with the overall land use planning（2006-2020） of Xiamen City and regional characteristics. Variance decisionmaking method is used to dimensionless the original data and weighted value,and then comprehensive index method is used to get the comprehensive evaluation value of regional carrying capacity of Xiamen City from 2012 to201 6. Finally, by using the hierarchical classification method, Weights were ranked, and the changes in the impact of the carrying capacity of integrated regions and their causes were analyzed.
