摘　　要：加拿大版权法规中与图书馆相关的例外条款适用情形主要包括个人研究和学习、文献传递、信息资源保存、残障用户信息服务和孤儿作品开发利用等。随着信息技术和国际知识产权环境的变化,加拿大《版权法》在修订过程中关注了图书馆代表的公共利益的需求并进行适时调整,给予图书馆更大的例外空间,这也是加拿大图书馆界积极参与立法修订取得的成效。The application of library-related exception clauses in the Copyright Act of Canada mainly includes research or private study, document delivery, preservation of information resources, information services for disabled users, exploitation of orphan works, etc. With the change of information technology and the international intellectual property environment, the Copyright Act of Canada has focused on the needs of public interests represented by libraries and made timely adjustment to provide libraries with more exceptions during the revision process, which was also due to Canadian librarians＇ active participation in revisions of Copyright Act.
