昆山市婴幼儿早期社交情绪问题的现况分析

摘　　要：目的分析昆山市婴幼儿社交情绪问题现状,为构建婴幼儿社交情绪发育早期发育筛查模式提供依据。方法采用年龄和发育进程问卷-社交情绪(Ages and Stages Questionnaires:Social-Emotional,ASQ-SE)量表对随机抽取的1 018名儿保门诊体检3岁以下儿童进行发育评估,用SPSS 17. 0软件进行统计分析。结果婴幼儿社交情绪问题检出率24.56%;男童检出率24.71%,女童检出率24.39%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.014,P>0.05)。随着年龄增加社交情绪问题检出率有增多的趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=28.89,P<0.01)。有身心疾病或残障的儿童社交情绪问题检出率51.00%,高于正常儿童(χ~2=41.849,P<0.01)。家庭经济收入低儿童社交情绪问题检出率高于家庭经济收入高的儿童(χ~2=6.972,P<0.05)。结论昆山市婴幼儿社交情绪异常问题检出率较高,随着儿童年龄的增长社交情绪问题的检出率增多,应尽早干预并积极构建社交情绪问题筛查模式,推动儿童早期发展。Objective To analyze the epidemiological situation of social emotional problems in infants and young children, and to provide a basis for the development of early developmental screening model of social emotional development. Methods ASQ-SE was used to evaluate 1 018 children＇s health clinics for children under 3 years old.SPSS 17.0 software was used to described in general analysis, chi-square analysis. Results The detection rate of social emotional problems in infants was 24.56%. The boy＇s social emotional examination rate was 24.71%, and the girl＇s rate was 24.39%.There was no statistically significant difference between boys and girls （x2=0.014, P〉0.05）. With the increase of age, the detection rate of social emotional problems increased, and the difference was statistically significant （x2 =28.89,P〈0.01）. Children with physical or mental illnesses or disabilities reported a 51.00% increase in social emotional problems （x2=41.849, P〈0.01）. The income of family income has an influence on the incidence of social emotion in children （x2=6.972, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection rate of abnormal social mood of infants in our city is high and the incidence of social emotional problems increases with the age of children. It is necessary to intervene early and actively build a screening model for social emotional problems.
