摘 要:目的了解云南省基层疾控机构卫生应急人员培训课程和内容需求,为制定卫生应急人员培训策略提供数据支持。方法采用目的抽样方法抽取云南省基层不同疾控中心从事卫生应急工作的工作人员182人进行问卷调查。结果不同职称、不同卫生应急处置经验、不同卫生应急培训经历的基层疾控机构卫生应急人员培训课程和内容的需求不尽相同。副高级以上职称的人员对"病例对照研究的应用"(H=10.123, P=0.038)、"SPSS软件应用"(H=11.007, P=0.026)课程的需求总体高于中级以下职称;既往未参加过相关培训的人员对"突发公共卫生事件报告错误解析"(Z=-2.457, P=0.014)、"自然灾害卫生应急"(Z=-2.236, P=0.025)、"病例对照研究的应用"(Z=-2.257, P=0.024)和"应急物资管理"(Z=-2.362, P=0.018)课程的需求总体高于既往参加过有关卫生应急培训者。既往无突发公共卫生事件处置经验的卫生应急人员对"突发公共卫生事件报告错误解析"(Z=-2.368,P=0.018)的培训需求总体高于既往有处置经验者。结论卫生应急培训课程设置应以需求为向导,紧扣基层人员的实际需求。针对不同类型、不同需求层次的卫生应急人员开展不同层次和类型的培训。Objective To investigate the curricula training needs for public health emergency among public health emergency professionals from grassroots agencies of disease control and prevention in Yunnan Province, thus to provide evidence supporting for the training strategy formulating on public health emergency training. Methods A total of 182 professionals who engaged in public health emergency from the different levels of grassroots centers for disease control and prevention were sampled by the method of purposive sampling and surveyed by questionnaire. Logistic regression was adopted for the influence factors analysis. Results Professionals in different levels of professional title, situations and experiences of public health emergency disposition and training showed different needs on the curricula setting for public health emergency training.Sub-senior and senior professionals showed high degree of training needs than junior professionals in the curricula of "Application of case-control study"(H=10.123, P=0.038) and "Application of SPSS"(H=11.007, P=0.026), which were significant higher than junior professionals. Professionals who used to attended training program showed high degree of training needs in the curricula of "Analysis on the inaccuracy of emergent public health events report"(Z=-2.457, P=0.014), "Disaster emergency disposition" (Z=-2.236, P=0.025), "Application of case-control study" (Z=-2.257, P=0.024) and "Management of emergency supplies" (Z=-2.362, P=0.018), which were significant higher than professionals who never attended training program. Professionals with no experiences of public health emergency disposition showed high degree of training needs in the curriculum of "Analysis on the inaccuracy of emergent public health events report"(Z=-2.368,P=0.018), which was significant higher than experienced professionals.
