摘 要:目的通过对昆明市2016-2017年公共游泳池水水质理化指标进行检测和分析,了解其卫生状况,为进一步提高游泳池水卫生质量提供科学依据。方法 2016-2017年4-10月对昆明市游泳池抽取969份水样,按照GB/T18204-2013,检测pH值、浑浊度、尿素、游离性余氯等4项指标,每月1次,并进行卫生评价。结果昆明市2016-2017年游泳池水质监测总合格率为84.42%,其中2016年为85.00%,2017年为83.87%,经卡方检验,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.23,P>0.05);2年中,余氯的合格率最低;并且余氯的含量在2年之间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2年中均为5月份各理化指标合格率最低,与第二季度相比,第三季度合格率均呈上升趋势;2016年第三季度与2017年第三季度相比,pH值(P<0.05)、余氯的含量(P<0.05)和尿素的水平(P<0.01)差异均有统计学意义。结论昆明市游泳池水水质状况不容乐观,特别是余氯的合格率较低,监管部门应加强卫生管理力度,并且监管要常态化,在提高合格率的同时,要保持不同年份和月份之间的稳定性。Objective The aim of this study was to understand the hygienic quality of swimming pool water in Kunming through testing and analyzing the public swimming pool water physiochemical index in 2016 and 2017, and provide scientific basis for further improving the hygienic quality of swimming pool water. Methods According to GB/T 18204-2013, 969 water samples from April to October in 2016 and 2017 were collected to test and evaluate the pH value, turbidity, urea and residual free chlorine. Results The general qualified rate of the swimming pool water was 84.42% in 2016 and 2017. The qualified rates for 2016 and 2017 were 85.00% and 83.87%, respectively. The difference had no statistical significance by ehi-square test (x2=0.23, P〉0.05). In the past two years, the qualified rate of residual free chlorine was the lowest. And the contents of residual chlorine between the two years had statistical significance (P〈0.01). The general qualified rate of the swimming pool water in May of the two years was the lowest, and compared with the second quarter, the qualified rate of the third quarter showed a rising trend. Compared with the third quarter of 2016 and 2017, the pH value (P〈0.05), the content of chlorine (P〈0.05) and urea levels (P〈0.01) had statistical significant difference. Conclusion The hygienic quality of swimming pool water was not optimistic in Kunming. Especially the qualified rate of residual chlorine was the lowest. Supervision departments should strengthen health supervision, and the regulation should be normalized. It is suggested to improve the qualified rate, at the same time, maintain the stability between different years and months.
