摘 要:目的了解石家庄市某医专学生健康素养水平,分析其影响因素,为科学制定健康教育策略提供依据。方法采取分层整群随机抽样方法,对石家庄市某医专1040名学生采用《2016年中国居民健康素养调查问卷》进行了问卷调查。结果共发放问卷1040份,回收有效问卷952份,有效回收率为91.5%。该校学生具备健康素养的比例为14.9%。具备基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为和基本技能素养的比例分别为43.6%、12.6%和31.5%。具备科学健康观、传染病防治、慢性病防治、安全与急救、基本医疗和健康信息素养的比例分别为56.6%、23.4%、16.4%、80.5%、21.3%和35.7%。多因素分析结果显示:学生年龄越大健康素养水平越高(OR=1.743,95%CI:1.169~2.598);城市学生的健康素养水平高于农村学生(OR=2.161,95%CI:1.399~3.337);独生子女的健康素养水平高于非独生子女(OR=1.534,95%CI:1.017~2.314)。结论该校学生的健康素养水平相对较低,年龄、家庭所在地、是否独生子女是该校学生健康素养的影响因素。Objective To understand the health literacy level of junior college students in a medical college in Shi- jiazhuang City and analyze its influential factors, so as to provide scientific suggestions for developing health education strategy. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 1040 junior college students from a medical college in Shijiazhuang City. The investigation was conducted with Chinese Residents Health Literacy Questionnaire in 2016. Results 1040 questionnaires were distributed. 952 students correctly filled out the questionnaire. The questionnaire effective rate was 91.5%. The overall level of health literacy among students was 14. 9%. The literacy levels of basic knowledge and concept, healthy lifestyle and behaviors, healthy basic skills were 43.6% , 12. 6% and 31.5% respectively. The literacy levels of scientific health perspectives, infectious disease prevention and control, chronic diseases prevention and control, safety and first aid, primary medical care and health information were 56. 6% , 23.4% , 16.4% , 80. 5% , 21.3% and 35.7% respectively. The results of multi-factor analysis showed that the higher the age, the higher the heahh literacy level ( OR = 1. 743, 95% CI: 1. 169 - 2. 598 ) ; the health literacy level of urban students is higher than that of rural students (OR =2. 161, 95%(CI:1. 399 -3. 337) ; the health literacy level of the only child was higher than that of the non-only child ( OR = 1. 534, 95% CI: 1. 017 -2. 314). Conclusion In this college, the health literacy level of students is rela- tively low, and the age, family location and the only child are the influencing factors of the health literacy among students.
