摘  要:控制器中整定参数是整个工业控制系统设计的关键,参数的选取往往耗时较长、难度较大,要求设计者具有较多的经验.传统的理论计算整定法是一套完整的设计方法,但响应时间却较长.考虑利用Matlab临界比例度法对系统进行参数自整定分析,确定临界比例度系数及等幅振荡周期,分别求解临界比例度法下的P、PI和PID控制器的性能参数,并与传统理论计算得出的SLC控制器的性能指标进行对比.数值模拟结果说明:采用基于Matlab的临界比例度法的PID控制器动态性能好、阻尼程度小,可为实现工程参数的自整定提供理论参考.The parameter tuning of the controller is the key to design the whole industrial control system.The selection of parameters often takes longer time and is more difficult and requires more experience from designers.The traditional theoretical calculation method is a complete set of design methods,but the response time is longer.Considering Matlab critical proportion method for system parameter self-tuning analysis,we determine the critical proportion coefficient and continuous oscillation period,and solve the parameters of P,PI and PID controller respectively based on the critical proportion method,compared with performance indicators of SLC controller from the calculation of traditional theory. Numerical simulation results showed that the good dynamic performance and low damping degree of PID controller based on the critical proportion method of Matlab can be used to provide theoretical reference for the realization of the engineering parameters.
